Bradenton Plein Air and Urban Sketch Club
Hello and Welcome to Bradenton Plein Air and Urban Sketch Club. What is Plein Air and Urban Sketch? Drawing and Painting outside! What is our purpose? Many professional artists say that community is an important feature in your growth as an artist. So part of our purpose is social; to have a place where fellow artists can meet, share knowledge, and have fun on the Art Journey. And the other purpose is to get outside in the sun and practice our skills in Landscape, Perspective, Environments, Light and Color, and all the other wonderful things that come with challenging yourself to draw and paint what you see from observation. The sessions are uninstructed and you will be expected to bring your own materials. There is no charge. Our purpose is to have a place for artists to meet and socialize and challenge our skills at Plein Air and Urban Sketch. See my introductory videos for more information:
