Join us for our first Raw Friendsgiving Potluck!

It will be amazing to get together with other like-minded friends during this season of gratitude and celebration.

We will celebrate together by enjoying our favorite fall raw food recipes.

This event is for everyone interested in a raw lifestyle... those who are currently raw; those who are partially raw; and those who are curious and want to learn more and maybe give it a try for themselves.

Everyone is welcome, no matter where you are located.

This is our 4th event in this area and each one continues to grow in number. There were about 40 people at our last event in Bradenton and we expect to have up to 60 and beyond at this event.

It is a fun and loving group of people who attend. We will be sharing information, experiences, recipes, and tips and tricks in preparing delicious raw food recipes.

The food is AMAZING with a variety of gourmet dishes in so many flavors, colors and textures!!

Feel free to bring a friend or family member or come alone.

WHAT TO BRING?
• Please bring a RAW vegan dish to share. It can be either your own dish (preferably) or you can buy it as long as you know all of the ingredients.

*Bring a list of recipe ingredients to put beside your dish so everyone knows what is in the recipe and can choose according to their diet preferences.

*Please bring enough to share with a large group.

• Suggested ingredients for your dishes: Fruits, veggies, leafy greens, sprouted nuts and seeds, herbs, spices.

*(Please do NOT bring any of the following... animal products (meat, dairy), artifical ingredients, exessive salt, sugar, preservatives, gmo, processed foods, oils, cooked or baked foods, pasteurized foods, etc.)

• IMPORTANT!! Please use sanitary methods to clean, prepare and package foods.

• Please specify what you are bringing in the "Comments" section and check what other people are bringing as you RSVP (so all of us won't bring a kale salad! :)

• We will supply all plates, utensils, napkins, cups, etc.

• There is a requested $10 donation for each attendee in order to cover the event costs of the park pavilion and supplies.

We are SO excited to meet new friends and past attendees and taste your yummy raw food dishes!!

Please RSVP asap so we know how many to expect and don't forget to change your reservation if your schedule changes.
