South Florida - West Coast - Raw Food Potluck

Join us for a fun Raw Food PotLuck on Florida's Southwest Coast!

It's a great time to get together again and celebrate RAW Food in the Bradenton, FL area.

This event is for those who enjoy the raw food lifestyle and those who are interested in knowing more.

When you join us in the general areas of Tampa, Bradenton, Sarasota, and Venice for RAW food potlucks, you'll enjoy the most mouth-watering, life-giving and succulent food on the planet!

This is a great opportunity to meet others who are living this lifestyle.

We will be sharing information, experiences, recipes, tips and tricks in preparing delicious raw food recipes.

Our past events have always been a great success with around 40 - 60 people in attendance. There are many who come from other areas of the state to join in the fun!

WHAT TO BRING?

• If you are attending, you must bring a raw vegan dish to share. . It can be either your own dish (preferably) or you can buy it as long as you know all ingredients. The ingredients list should be on a card placed by each dish at the potluck.

• All types of RAW vegan dishes are welcome, so let your creativity flow!

• Suggested ingredients for your dishes: Fruits, veggies, leafy greens, herbs, spices. (NOTE: None of the following: animal products: meat, dairy), artifical ingredients, exessive salt, fat, sugar, preservatives, gmo, processed foods, oils, cooked or baked foods, pasteurized foods, etc.)

• Please use sanitary methods to clean, prepare and package foods.
• Please list all ingredients of any dish you bring so that people with specific dietary needs know what they are consuming.
• Although we will supply them, we encourage you to bring your own plates/bowls/cups/utensils (to be more eco-friendly).
• There is a $10 donation per head for attendees in order to cover the event costs.
