Bradenton/Sarasota Raw Food Potluck

We are back for our West Coast Potluck! YAY!!

It's time to get together again and celebrate RAW Food in the Bradenton and Sarasota Forida area. By the way, everyone is welcome no matter your location.

Join us for an afternoon of sharing together an array of the most live-giving, delicious, healing food on the planet!

It's also a great opportunity to meet others who are enjoying the raw food lifestyle.

There is no agenda for our potlucks other than to share raw food and enjoy each other's company.

If you have children, this is a great location as there is a large playground right next to the pavilion.

Feel free to bring a friend or family member or come alone. We even have people who drive from the opposite coast to join us!

WHAT TO BRING?
• Please bring a RAW vegan dish to share. It can be either your own dish (preferably) or you can buy it as long as you know all ingredients.
* Please bring a recipe card with all of the ingredients to put by your dish.
• All types of RAW vegan dishes are welcome, especially fruit dishes.
• Suggested ingredients for your dishes: fruits, veggies, leafy greens, sprouted nuts and seeds herbs, spices. (NOTE: Please do not bring any of the following: animal products (meat, dairy), artifical ingredients, exessive salt, fat, sugar, preservatives, gmo, processed foods, oils, cooked or baked foods, pasteurized foods, etc.)
• IMPORTANT!! Please use sanitary methods to clean, prepare and package foods!!
• We will supply plates/bowls/cups/utensils, but feel free to bring your own if desired.
• There is a $10 donation per head for attendees in order to cover the event costs.
*Please show up on time as we will eat immediately after.
