Karma and Social Evolution

Details
“How do we make a positive shift in global consciousness when our social institutions are reluctant to change?” This is a theme addressed by Dr. Emanuel Kuntzelman, a lifelong seeker and advocate of environmental awareness and world peace, and founder of the non-profit, Greenheart International, which is dedicated to building cultural understanding across the globe.
In this thought-provoking, one-hour ten minute DVD, Kuntzelman promotes the idea that personal growth leads to a transformed society of holistic humans. He considers group karma and individual karma and says we need not be victims of our past but creators of our future.
Before watching the video there will be group discussion on the subject of karma—the law of cause and effect—a teaching which can be found in all great religions. Helena Blavatsky, founder of the Theosophical Society stated that karma is the one fundamental law of the universe. It operates everywhere and is especially important for humans because we are morally responsible for the actions we initiate and thus for our karma. Refreshments/Donation
