free/by donation: The Three Questions: A Day Silence Retreat.
March 14th, 10 - 4pm
In a world filled with constant noise, it can be difficult to remain connected to what truly matters. This day of silence offers a supportive and spacious environment in which to slow down and reflect on three of life’s most essential questions: Who am I? Who do I belong to? And what is my purpose now?
The retreat will unfold through guided reflections in silence, and three extended experiential meditations. Together, these practices create the conditions for deep listening and insight. Participants will leave with a strengthened sense of inner connection and greater clarity about their next steps forward.
***This retreat is most suitable for those who have an existing meditation or spiritual practice and are used to extended meditation sits.
Please bring a journal.
Vegetarian lunch provided.
Please Note: On a Total Fire Ban day, events at the Brahma Kumaris Centre for Spiritual Learning will be cancelled, as advised by the Victorian Fire Brigade. We apologise in advance for the inconvenience this may cause.
COST:
Although our programs have no fixed fee in the spirit of community service, guests are encouraged to make a financial contribution towards the running costs of the Retreat Centre. For further information, please email [peninsula@brahmakumaris.org](mailto:peninsula@brahmakumaris.org)
ABOUT THE BRAHMA KUMARIS
CENTRE FOR SPIRITUAL LEARNING:
The Brahma Kumaris Centre for Spiritual Learning offers classes and weekend retreats, in meditation, stress relief, spiritual awareness and positive thinking.
In a world of increasing chaos and noise, there is a growing need for spaces where individuals can go and quieten the mind. The Centre provides a reflective environment. It is a place where one can detach from the daily pressures of life, re-energise the spirit, and reconnect with the inner self.
Retreats and day programs are provided as a community service and all courses concentrate on meditation and spiritual study.
From these weekend and residential retreats and day courses participants can develop personal skills and explore the common spiritual values essential to the restoration of harmony within ourselves and our world. As one participant described our Centre ‘as a health retreat for the soul’.
The sense of space and warm company provide a perfect environment for personal growth. The award winning Retreat Centre is situated on a 22 acre bushland property approximately 1 hour south from Melbourne.
