What we’re about

This group is about the exploration of different mind tools that can be used to improve different aspects of our lives. The tools will come from many different disciplines such as psychology, hypnosis, neuro linguistic programming (NLP), meditation etc.

The focus of the group is to have fun while exploring the different mind tools and is for anyone interested in how our thinking effect our emotions and behavior.

The events will focus on practical exercises of how to apply the different mind tools. There is no expert leading the group but a facilitator that comes up with exercises and then the tools are explored together in the group.
