ONLINE/REMOTE SESSIONS TIME

This program is a LIVE series of classes that lasts 10 weeks. Program sessions are 2 hr every Saturday morning (North America), afternoon (Europe), or early evening (Asia).

DESCRIPTION AND GOALS

LEADERSHIP & TEAM CREATION [xGREEN]
Empower and drive a team. Learn from experienced Silicon Valley executives and senior leaders that turned some of the most successful startups into unicorns and iconic companies. Topics include: Create a winning company culture, Venture Organization, Scalability (Make, Buy, Ally), and Operations fundamentals.

Duration: 10 weeks on-line, LIVE.

Program Faculty: Silicon Valley venture capitalists and experts will interact with a selected number of participants. They will help you acquire skills for advancing your venture and your career.

Who should attend: This program is a perfect match for people interested in improving leadership and team-building skills; for the scale-up company executives and managers; for scientists in a principal investigator role; and for consultants in HR. In general, all people interested in becoming a better leader should attend. This program is a unique opportunity for leasers based outside the US/San Francisco Bay Area with limited opportunities to attend a regular TVLP in-person program in Silicon Valley.

FORMAT

Program sessions are every Saturday for ten weeks. Improve your skills without compromising on your work and family responsibilities.

Classes, labs, and supporting activities are broken up into weekly, manageable bite-sized modules with incremental deadlines. Group-work activities enrich the program by creating opportunities to network and exchange ideas with other participants.

This program is LIVE. No recording. Participants interact with the Faculty and between them. And they are required to complete assignments and group-works.
