This will be our first meeting, I encourage anyone interested to bring a journal/notebook to record a goal you have and to keep track of your potential progress. I’ll discuss the plans for the future of the group and we can all share what our fitness plans may be.
This group is designed for the sake of positivity and shared knowledge to be utilized to improve ourselves physically and mentally. All are welcome not matter what level of fitness
