PURPOSE
Want to put an end to anger and negative emotions? This one-month course will help you heal yourself from within and reclaim
your rights over your mind.
Healing occurs gradually through greater awareness of when something is touched inside and the feeling of regret arises.
HOW
By using the tools to replace negative emotions with healthier habits, you will experience a sense of ease in situations that were previously considered challenging. The focus is not simply on getting rid of anger, but on allowing your original personality to emerge.
CONTENT
The course is structured in 4 parts:
 Developing self-observation skills,
 A new beginning
 8 Powerful habits
 A noble character.
Each part contains practices explained in simple terms, accompanied by reflection or meditation.
Research shows that only 15 minutes a day are needed to put things into practice and experience an injection of power.
On Zoom every evening 15 minutes from 7:30 p.m.
In English and Romanian.
