What is a lean coffee?
Borrowing from the Lean Coffee website, “Lean Coffee is a structured, but agenda-less meeting. Participants gather, build an agenda, and begin talking. Conversations are directed and productive because the agenda for the meeting was democratically generated.” More here: http://leancoffee.org/

Recipe for a great Lean Coffee in 6 steps?
1. Round up a group of Agile enthusiasts with a thirst for knowledge.
2. Equip everyone with sticky notes and pens. You'll need them to capture all of the brilliant ideas that are about to flow.
3. Vote on the topics that matter most to the group.
4. Set a timer for each topic, and let the conversation flow.
5. When the timer goes off, take a quick vote to see if anyone wants to keep the conversation going.
6. Wrap up the session by thanking everyone for their caffeinated contributions, and leave them with a sense of accomplishment and a newfound appreciation for the Lean Coffee format.

Recept na skvelý Lean Coffee v 6 krokoch?

1. Dajte dokopy skupinu nadšencov Agile tuziacich po znalostiach.
2. Všetkých vybavte samolepkami a perami. Budete ich potrebovať na zaznamenanie všetkých skvelých nápadov, ktoré budú nasledovať.
3. Hlasujte o témach, ktoré sú pre skupinu najdôležitejšie.
4. Nastavte časovač pre každú tému a nechajte rozhovor plynúť.
5. Keď zaznie časovač, rýchlo hlasujte, či niekto chce pokračovať v rozhovore.
