Heartfulness Meditation – Bratislava (In-person)

Join us for a heart-based meditation session focused on inner calm, clarity, and emotional balance. The session is suitable for beginners as well as experienced meditators.

What to expect:
• Introduction to Heartfulness meditation (10 min)
• Guided meditation practice (30–40 min)
• Q&A and sharing (10 min)

The session is led by certified Heartfulness meditation trainers and will be held in Slovak and English.

No previous experience is needed.

The class is free of charge (donation based).
