Just Breathe! – Release & Reconnect

Take a deep breath... and come back to yourself.
Join us for a powerful outdoor breathwork session in one of the most beautiful parks in Bratislava. We’ll meet under the trees of Sad Janka Kráľa, surrounded by nature, soft summer breeze, and golden evening light.

The weather is meant to be hot and sunny so we’ll use the shade, the earth, and our breath to cool down, ground ourselves, and reset.
Together, we’ll slow down, drop out of the overthinking mind, and reconnect with the wisdom of our body.
Through conscious breathing, we’ll release tension, clear emotional blocks, and create space for inner peace and presence.

🌿 No experience needed just bring:
• an open mind
• a yoga mat or blanket
• water to stay hydrated

We start at 18:00 and the session will last around 75 minutes.
Come exactly as you are and just breathe it all out.

Pozývam ťa na silné dychové stretnutie pod holým nebom v jednom z najkrajších parkov v Bratislave. Stretneme sa pod stromami Sadu Janka Kráľa, v tieni prírody, kde nás objíme letný vánok a zlaté večerné svetlo.

Počasie má byť teplé a slnečné – práve ideálne na osvieženie, uzemnenie a znovu-naladenie sa cez dych, pod korunami stromov.
Spomalíme, opustíme zaneprázdnenú myseľ a napojíme sa na múdrosť vlastného tela.
Vedomým dýchaním uvoľníme napätie, vyčistíme zablokované emócie a vytvoríme priestor pre pokoj, jasnosť a prítomnosť.

🌿 Nie sú potrebné žiadne skúsenosti stačí si priniesť:
• otvorenú myseľ
• podložku alebo deku
• vodu na osvieženie

Začíname o 18:00, samotná prax bude trvať približne 75 minút.
Príď presne taký, aký si a jednoducho to vydýchaj.
