Resume Feedback Office Hours (Neuroaffirming Career Coaching)
Details
Feeling stuck updating your resume? Like you’re trying to squeeze your experience into a box that doesn’t quite fit?
A resume can never capture everything about who you are, but it can still be a powerful tool for opening doors. In this interactive session, we’ll review resumes together, answer questions, and explore how to make your resume clearer, stronger, and more aligned with who you are.
This session is a chance to experience Brave Zebra Work Coaching and receive supportive feedback on your resume in a small group setting. To ensure everyone has an opportunity for meaningful input, the session is limited to 8 participants.
Brave Zebra Work Coaching provides affirming coaching for creative and/or neurodivergent people who are looking for work, navigating a career transition, starting a venture, or seeking more alignment in their work.
Before you sign up, please be sure you:
- Have a current resume or draft (general or for a specific job)
- Have access to a computer and a quiet place to participate in a Zoom meeting
- Can arrive at 9:00 AM PST for introductions and guidelines
Cost: $25 standard rate
If cost is a barrier, please email info@operatewell.com
You’ll leave with:
- Feedback on one resume and the questions you bring
- Practical suggestions you can apply to future resumes
- A clearer understanding of why certain ways of writing resumes helps
What this session is not
This is a feedback session rather than a live editing service. Participants will receive guidance and suggestions, but will make their own edits after the session.
Who this is for
This session is a good fit if you:
- Have a resume but feel unsure whether it’s working
- Are navigating a career transition or nontraditional path
- Want feedback in a thoughtful, supportive environment
- Are neurodivergent or appreciate neuroinclusive spaces
This session may not be the best fit if you:
- Are looking for someone to write or fully edit your resume for you
- Do not yet have a resume draft
Format
9:00 — Gather + guidelines
9:10 — Group questions and resume feedback
Feedback will be offered in a supportive, collaborative format, and participants are welcome to share as much or as little as they feel comfortable. These office hours are a space to receive live feedback and learn how to make your resume more effective without compromising your authentic self.
If you’d like deeper individualized support, 1:1 coaching and group coaching series are also available.
What “neuroaffirming” means to us
Brave Zebra aims to create a welcoming and respectful space for all job seekers. Our coaching is intentionally designed to support neurodivergent participants—including autistic people, people with ADHD, and other forms of neurodivergence—while honoring diversity in gender, sexuality, race, ethnicity, and ability.
