Creative and/or Neurodivergent Coworking Group
Details
Hello! My name is Marissa, and I am a neuroinclusion consultant and work coach with Operate Well Consulting / Brave Zebra Work Coaching www.operatewell.com / @brave.zebra
I find it really helpful to have a "body double," or work alongside a few others, when I'm trying to be productive. Through my practice, I'm offering this free Zoom space/event to help bring neurodivergent and/or creative workers and job seekers together to work side by side.
You don’t need to fit any prescribed labels or job status/type to join, and this is not a sales event. All are welcome.
- Please feel free to bring anything you’d like to work on, whether it’s a job app, a puzzle, a work project, or something else, as long as you’re not interrupting others’ work (in which case, camera off is requested).
- Most of the time is spent in silence with mics off - there is not much time for socialization (of the verbal type, at least) at these events. However, there is an opportunity to share what we’re working on and a little about ourselves.
Structure:
2:00 Invitation for 5-minute check-ins by chat or voice on Zoom
2:07- Mics off 50 minutes uninterrupted coworking
3:00 - Top of the hour check-in and continue working
3:53 Touch base, celebrate, and sign off.
Come experience the power of body doubling!
Donation option: If you feel delighted by this event and wish to give back in some way, consider making a donation to the Central Coast Autism Spectrum Center https://sloautism.org/donate/ I am a board member there, and you can learn more about the awesome programs they are providing to the autism community on the California central coast. Note: this event is affiliated with my company, Brave Zebra Work Coaching, a proud supporter of CCASC :)
If you have any questions, please let me know! Happy working!
