Bray Toastmasters - Master of Public Speaking

A Toastmaster experience can start right on your doorstep. Bray Toastmasters invite anyone over 18 years old to be a visitor. Starting with a visit to one of our meetings you can start growing your leadership and public speaking skills in a friendly, supportive and social environment. Communication and leadership skills are still standing at the top of employers’ list of attributes desired in employees.

Our Toastmasters training is giving you the soft skills to grow in your existing position both in personal and work life. It can help with: • Speaking in front of a group • Impromptu speaking • Conducting meetings • Personnel reviews • Management skills • Leadership development • Blogging

Guests are always welcome (we are a very friendly bunch) and it's completely free. No need to book in advance - just RSVP and show up for an evening filled with fun, meeting some great people, make friends whilst also developing your professional skills. Join up and we'll show you how and promise to give you a 'toastmaster smile' and a cup of coffee or tea!

Pre Covid we used to meet on Monday night at 8:00 pm in the Open Door Centre, Vevay Road, Bray. We really hope to return soon. But in the meantime, we are holding meetings on Zoom. (Maybe hide the wine in a mug, no judgement here!)

Note: most of our members are not on the Meetup system but turn up to the meeting regularly - so don't be disheartened that there only appears to be a handful of people that have joined.
