Brazil Arts Twin Cities is a collaborative space to develop the collective well-being of Brazilians and those who love Brazilian culture in the Twin Cities.
The Director and creative mind behind Brazil Arts Twin Cities is Ginga da Bahia. He is a choreographer, musician, and dance and capoeira instructor from Bahia, Brazil who has performed with the Balé Folclórico and many other companies in Brazil, toured in Europe, performed in Symphony Space NYC, and performed regularly at S.O.B.'s (Sounds of Brazil) in NYC.
Now in Minneapolis, he is leading the Brazil Arts Cultural Center and looking to bring together the city's learners, teachers, movers, and artist who wish to celebrate unity and Brazilian culture.
We offer our space for parties, classes, & workshops.

Brazilian Rhythms Dance Class- 3 Wednesdays!
Tapestry Folkdance Center, 3748 Minnehaha Ave, Minneapolis, MN, USExperience the vibrant rhythms of Brazil! Brazil Arts Twin Cities offers a dynamic 3-week dance series blending the joyful steps of Forró with the energetic beats of Samba and Axé. Perfect for beginners, this series is a wonderful introduction to Brazil's rich cultural heritage through participatory dance. Classes are held on Wednesdays from 8-9:30 PM.
