Join us for a hands-on, seasonal cooking experience where we’ll prepare one of Brazil’s most beloved and festive dishes: Camarao na Moranga — a whole roasted pumpkin stuffed with a rich, creamy filling of a delicate shrimp stew, slow-cooked in spices, special cream, catupiry and love.
Inspired by Brazilian coastal traditions and perfect for autumn, this dish is as beautiful as it is delicious — and it makes the perfect spooky-season centerpiece for you to wow your guests at any dinner party!
