Soul Coffee: Gratitude
Details
Come join for a Sunday morning coffee chat about gratitude from 9 to 10am on November 8th, 15th, and 22nd.
When Thanksgiving can sometimes just feel like stressful family dinners, and being stuck in traffic, we invite you to join us for soulful conversations around gratitude.
According to an article by Positive Psychology, gratitude doesn’t just help you have a better attitude, it has health benefits. Those who practice gratitude have fewer health complaints, such as headaches, or digestive issues. Other studies show that expressing gratitude activates the hypothalamus, which helps us sleep better. (https://positivepsychology.com/neuroscience-of-gratitude/)
Each table will have around eight to ten people, with a list of questions surrounding gratitude. Discuss, connect, and spend time with others in our community. You are welcome to attend all three events, or just one.
Coffee and pastries will be provided.
