Great first-impressions!

Details
First impression is an important factor when you are in a transition in life or when you want to change something as important as your career. We often forget that we can deliberately decide the first impression we give to others about ourselves.
The first few seconds you spend to present yourself to someone new, leaves that person with a primary idea of who you are. Now think about that person actually being someone who ends up being your future employer or colleague! What do you want their first impression of you to be?
To get an idea about what to expect from this meetup, picture the following two scenarios in which I present myself to YOU as a new person I'm meeting for the first time:
Scenario #1:
Hi, I'm Molood. I'm a software developer turned agile coach. I've been working in Ericsson for the bigger part of my career time and I've recently moved to a gaming company. I'm a scrum master there. You know, something like a team leader making sure they are working well together and deliver high quality code.
Scenario #2:
Hi, I'm Molood. I do a few things. When I'm not working, I'm usually reading business books. I help people choose careers that makes them happy. I wirte a blog and occasionally host workshops. I also work as a coach in a computer gaming comany which actually takes the bigger part of my time. How you do you spend your time?
As you see in two simple paragraphs, you got two different impressions of who I am in YOUR mind. Besides, you probably already had an impression of me before reading this text from my picture or the fact that I am hosting this meetup!
So how can we control the impression we give to others about ourselves?
In this meetup, I will teach you a few techniques you can use to intentionally choose how you present yourself to a new person especilly to a potential employer.
This is going to be an interactive session. Join us to Break Your Barriers and try something new. "If you never try, you'll never know", right?
