# πŸ”₯ Proof Me Wrong #1

# Will Agile Die with AI?

Artificial Intelligence is transforming software development faster than any technology before.
Developers have AI assistants.
Engineering teams are becoming more autonomous.
Knowledge is generated in seconds.
Entire workflows are being automated.
At the same time, Agile is facing its biggest identity crisis.
Some people believe Agile has become bureaucracy.
Others say Scrum is already dead.
Some predict AI will replace Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches altogether.
But what if we're asking the wrong question?

## My thesis: Agile will not die because of AI.

Agile has never been about sticky notes, stand-ups or Scrum boards.
It has always been about learning, adapting and collaborating under uncertainty.
The tools will change.
The roles will evolve.
Some frameworks may disappear.
But the need for adaptive organizations won't.

## πŸ’¬ Proof Me Wrong

For this meetup I'm adapting the famous "Proof Me Wrong" format.
I'll defend one bold thesis.
Your mission is to challenge it.
Bring your arguments.
Bring your experience.
Bring your controversial opinions.
Can you prove me wrong?
No long presentations.
No PowerPoint.
Just honest discussion between practitioners.

## πŸ‘‹ About the Host

John Behrens
Software Engineer β€’ Agile Coach β€’ AI Enablement Engineer
My journey started as a web developer more than 25 years ago and evolved through software engineering, DevOps, Agile Coaching and AI Enablement.
I believe the future isn't about choosing between people and AI.
It's about enabling both to work better together.
I don't claim to have the answer.
That's exactly why I'm inviting you to challenge my thesis.
Proof me wrong.
