## ⚡ Welcome to Break Old Limits Daily (BOLD) ⚡

This group is dedicated to personal growth.

It's for people who:

  • are motivated to understand how their thought & behaviour patterns have been restricting their progress and,
  • want to actually do something about it

We all have an infinite capacity for growth, but sometimes it feels like something is standing in our way or pulling us back.

In most cases it comes down to how our brains, thoughts and habits are wired. Unsurprisingly this needs tracing back to our childhood coping mechanisms.

### The Root Cause

There are 10 self sabotaging thought patterns, the primary of which is "The Judge" or your inner critic.

The judge beats you down for not being good enough and causes a hell of a lot of stress, suffering and self doubt.

The other 9 patterns depend on your upbringing and what strategies you adopted as a child to feel safe.

For example: Some people learned to put other people's needs first, to be a caregiver in relationships, to avoid volatile dynamics, to "keep the peace" just to feel accepted. Even if it meant silencing their true opinion or abandoning their own needs. This turns into people-pleasing as an adult (one of the patterns), causing stress and feeling misunderstood or unappreciated.

Left unchecked, these 10 patterns can dictate our behaviour for DECADES!! Think how many thousands of situations they impact and keep you from what you really want!

How many times has fear or self-doubt made a decision for you instead of making a decision from your confidence and true wishes?

What would you have said or done if it was the other way around? Where could you be now?

If you're reading this, chances are you already recognise that something needs to change. You have habits or default behaviours that you wish you could break out of. (It's not too late)

Maybe it's to be more confident in challenging conversations, or to say "no" more and set personal boundaries, or to procrastinate less and just take action on your goals to bring them to life.

BOLD was created to help people actually step into their ideal vision of themselves. We take the stance that your true essence self is ready to rock and we just need to help you break away from those restrictive patterns that have been following you for years.

Deep down you know what you would say or would do, but you've had years of playing it safe, playing it small, distracting yourself with unimportant things. All the while feeling like something was missing. Connection to yourself. Connection to your calling. To your true, beautiful, BOLD self.

So, how the hell can BOLD help you?

1. Well, first of all you'll do a Saboteur Assessment (free) to identify which of the 10 patterns show up most for you. (Mine were Avoider, Pleaser and Hyper-achiever which I was not surprised about at all!)

You'll see what the characteristics are for each of your most embedded patterns to help you think about the impact they're having on you (although you probably already know) and more importantly you can think about what life would be like if you were free from their restrictive grasp.

2. Then, you'll have your discovery call with me, Sam, the founder to discuss where you want to get to and the best way to proceed. I coach people through the 7 week rewiring course by Positive Intelligence®. They took 500,000 participants and research from Neuroscience, CBT, Positive Psychology and Performance Science to build a foundation program that weakens those self sabotaging thought networks in the brain and embeds new habits to take over as your new operating system. In 7 weeks.
