Break the Cycle: Initial Meetup

This is the beginning of the Break The Cycle Group

This club is open to EVERYONE, no matter your story, your background, race, gender, sexuality, etc. No Matter WHAT. You just have to have the desire in your heart to heal generational trauma.

We will be using the book 'Break the Cycle: A guide to Healing Intergenerational Trauma" (Dr. Bariel Buque) as our guidepost. During this first meeting, we will get together to discuss the time/date that works best for the bookclub and other meeting logistics. No book needed for this first meeting. Refreshments will be provided.

**also, I am not a professional of any kind. I am just starting this group because I thought it would be powerful to continue on the healing journey with others. We will be going through this together.
