In this workshop, we lay out the foundation of real, lasting change — a clear path to shape and build your character, not manage your symptoms. The Board Break Experience is the physical proof: the moment your body does what your mind said was impossible, the belief breaks with the board. Because in the end, we're proud of the character we built. You are not made — you build yourself.
