Weightlifting, mobility, bone health, confidence, and aging strong. Led by expert Leslie Bodner (from BodFIT510).
Join us for a conversation about why strength matters so much in this chapter of life, and how building muscle and staying mobile can support everything from energy and confidence to independence and long-term health. This session will explore weightlifting, mobility, bone health, and the everyday benefits of feeling stronger in your body as you age.
This conversation is designed to be practical, encouraging, and participatory. Ahead of the session, we invite each woman to bring one question she has about strength, mobility, or feeling strong in her body right now. This small prompt is meant to help women arrive with curiosity, reflect on their own experience, and make space for honest conversation about what strength can look like in this chapter of life.
Each session is 45 to 60 minutes and includes:
25 to 30 minutes of speaker-led conversation
10 to 15 minutes in breakout rooms for small-group reflection and connection
10 to 15 minutes of moderated full group Q and A
The goal is not just to talk about exercise, but to help women feel more informed, more empowered, and more supported in building strength in a way that feels realistic and sustainable.
