• What to bring: Just come as you are, straight from the office. Wear comfortable clothes you can easily move in. Bring a towel or mat to lie on for your own comfort.

• Minimum Attendance: This unique experience requires a minimum of 6 participants to take place. If we do not reach the minimum numbers 24 hours prior to the event, the session will be rescheduled, and you will receive a full refund immediately.
