Moving to a new country, managing a demanding career, and navigating daily life can keep your nervous system in a constant state of "fight-or-flight." If traditional meditation feels impossible because your mind won’t stop racing, you don't need to force yourself to sit still. You need to regulate your nervous system through your body.

This group is a safe, inclusive community for expats who want practical, science-backed tools to release anxiety, prevent burnout, and find genuine calm. We don’t do esoteric rituals. Instead, we use applied neurology, somatic practices, and clinical breathwork to change how your body responds to stress.

We start our journey together with accessible, 1-hour indoor/outdoor introductory sessions designed perfectly for your post-office evening routine. These low-barrier classes include:
