In this free 1 hour breathing and meditation session, we will get to experience the power of Breath, the impact Breath has on our thoughts and emotions and also introduction to SKY Breath Meditation.
SBM (SKY Breath Meditation) is a powerful but very simple breath based meditation technique that has been researched at Stanford University and now also offered at Stanford University campus.

A chair
