A gentle, fortnightly online gathering for women to pause, reset, and reconnect with your breath, your body, and yourself.

Hosted by Kathrina Chin, Certified Mindfulness and Happiness Coach.
You don’t need to fix yourself. You just need to breathe.

What we’ll explore:
🧘‍♀️ Mindfulness — calm your mind and be present
🌿 Breathwork — relearn the power of your breath
🧠 Light NLP — shift thoughts, create ease
👭 Women’s Circle — connect, share, and be supported
Agenda (8:00 – 8:40 PM):
• 8:00 – 8:05 — Welcome and grounding
• 8:05 – 8:15 — Guided breathwork
• 8:15 – 8:25 — Mindfulness practice
• 8:25 – 8:35 — Light NLP exercise (reframing, anchoring, or positive self-talk)
• 8:35 – 8:40 — Sharing circle and closing reflection
What to bring:
• A quiet, comfortable space where you won’t be disturbed
• Headphones or earphones for a more immersive experience
• A cushion, blanket, or anything that helps you feel cozy
• A journal and pen (for short reflection prompts)
• A glass of water
• An open heart and a willingness to simply be

This is an online session held via googlemeet. Once you RSVP, the meeting link will be shared in the event details and sent to you closer to the date.

Please join a few minutes early so we can begin on time.
