Breath Ashtabula is a community meditation group offering evidence-based breathwork and meditation practices designed to support mental clarity, emotional resilience, and overall well-being. Sessions include structured breathing techniques and guided meditation to promote stress reduction, nervous system regulation, and improved focus. These practices are grounded in scientific research and have been shown to enhance both cognitive and emotional functioning. Open to community members, Breath Ashtabula provides a welcoming space for individuals at any experience level to explore the science and experience of conscious breath and meditation.
