New to meditation walks? Here’s a video about it.

Come try it out with us at White Rock Lake! The goal is to notice your breathing, the sensations in your body and to stay present with yourself during the walk. Before we start our walk, we’ll take some deeps breaths as a group, then head out on the trail.

After the walk, there will be an opportunity to share how the experience went. Sharing is always optional, and silence is honored.

*P.S - Be sure to bring these items with you:

  • Water bottle
  • Sunscreen
  • Snacks
