Join me for a gentle introduction to sophrology, a powerful yet accessible practice that blends breathwork, mindful movement, and guided visualisation to support wellbeing and inner balance.
We’ll begin with a short talk to introduce the foundations of sophrology—what it is, where it comes from, and how it can help you in everyday life. I’ll then guide you through a series of simple exercises, including:

  • Conscious breathing techniques
  • A body scan and gentle tension release
  • Mindful movements paired with intention
  • A positive guided visualization to end the session

You’ll be invited to close your eyes or keep a soft gaze throughout, allowing your awareness to gently shift into a calm, meditative state. No prior experience is needed, and all practices are adaptable to your comfort and ability.
At the end of the session, there will be time to share your experience if you wish—though this is entirely optional.
