After a long, stressful day at work, it can be difficult to unwind and find your inner peace. This weekly online workshop is designed to help you recharge, relax, and restore balance using the powerful practice of sophrology. Through a series of guided exercises, you will learn to release stress, restore energy, and regain a sense of calm and well-being.
In each session, you will explore a variety of techniques such as body scans, breathing exercises, visualizations, and gentle movements to help you unwind. By combining mindful awareness with deep relaxation practices, this workshop will guide you towards a more balanced and resilient state, leaving you feeling refreshed and ready to take on the next day.
Whether you’re dealing with workplace stress, mental fatigue, or simply looking for a way to bring more calm into your evenings, this workshop will equip you with the tools to:

  • Release tension from both body and mind
  • Restore energy and vitality after a busy workday
  • Improve your ability to cope with stress and challenges
  • Cultivate a sense of inner peace and emotional resilience

Each session will be structured to guide you into a relaxed yet focused state, using the proven methods of sophrology to help you reconnect with yourself. No prior experience with sophrology is required — just bring an open mind and a willingness to embrace relaxation.
To get the most out of each session, please have the following ready:

  • A chair with a back rest for comfort and support
  • A calm environment where you won’t be disturbed during the session
  • A notepad to journal your experience and insights after each session

Please note that you will need to have your camera on during the session. This allows me to ensure you're comfortable and address any issues or concerns that might arise as we go through the exercises.
At the end of each session, there will be space to share your experience with others, though this is entirely optional. You can simply listen or choose to share how you felt during the exercises.
