This gathering, held the Monday after Mother’s Day, is your chance to continue the celebration — on your terms, in your own time. Step away from the noise and into a space made just for you. It’s your time to be nurtured.
Through gentle, trauma-informed breathwork and mindfulness, we’ll:

- Cultivate calm and self-compassion
