- Navigating transitions, chronic stress, or fatigue
- Ready to stop “holding it all” and start healing
No prior breathwork experience is necessary—just come as you are.

This session involves somatic breathwork, which can bring up physical and emotional sensations. By registering, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Participant Disclosure.

### What to Bring
- Yoga mat or something to lie on
- Blanket or layers to stay cozy
- Eye mask or small towel (optional)
- Water + journal (if you like to write after)
You’ll be lying down for most of the journey, so wear comfy clothes and anything that helps you feel safe and at ease.

Hi, I’m Aimee—Certified Somatic Breathwork Facilitator, Trauma-Informed Coach, and Founder of Become Breathwork™.
