In this gentle, beginner-friendly session, we’ll slow down and explore the basics of conscious breathing in a safe and supportive space. You don’t need any prior experience, just a little curiosity and the willingness to connect with your breath.

Who is This Class For?

This class is for anyone who wants to explore their breath and build a deeper connection with it.

It’s especially for you if:

  • You feel like you're not breathing "right" or often feel disconnected from your breath
  • You're curious about breathwork but don’t know where to start
  • You want to know how to relax your body and calm your mind
  • You’re looking for simple tools to manage stress and sleep better
  • You’ve tried breathing exercises before but want to truly feel and understand them
  • You want to feel safer, more grounded, and more present in your body

What to Expect from this Class?

We’ll cover:

  • What is diaphragmatic breathing?
    Understanding the difference between chest and belly breathing—and why it matters
  • Observing your natural breath
    A simple practice to help you tune into your body’s rhythm without needing to change anything
  • A calming breathwork routine you can take home and practice anytime you feel stressed, anxious, or before sleep

What to Bring

  • A yoga mat or something comfortable to sit/lie on
  • A cushion or blanket to place under your thighs or hips for extra support
  • Water to stay hydrated

Price: €8 per session
(If possible, please bring cash.)

To keep the space personal and allow individual attention, each session is limited to 8 participants.
