Yin∞Yang Yoga combines dynamic sequences (VINYASA) to heat up the body's muscles, joints and fascia, revving up the metabolism to tone and detox, with a cooling relaxing session (YIN) to deeply stretch the body and release tension, stress, and other blockages - for an excellent night's sleep!
Lily’s yoga sessions are open to everyone. However, a minimum level of Yoga is highly recommended to follow the tempo, though I always show sequences slowly the first couple times.
Lily is a certified RYT 200 Yoga teacher. She is cautious for your safety and always asks if participants have injuries or conditions to be made aware of before the session.
