Join a welcoming community dedicated to holistic yoga, blending conscious breathwork (Pranayama), mindful asanas (yoga postures), and nature’s healing energy—designed to reduce anxiety and cultivate lasting well-being and perfect for beginners and experienced practitioners alike. This is a private group for members of the Breathe Balance Sydney community for events!
