Here, we learn together how to inhale 5-10 times per minute.
I've seen somebody take a 2 min slow inhale who felt relaxed and energized after.
By learning how to expand our belly and chest more, we improve our breathing patterns - a training that improves our entire life.
Better breathing helps the blood flow, brain and happiness.
