Slow deep breathing to relax and wind down.
Slow down the week at the start.
Observe our breathing and slowing and soothing it, winding down.

Every Monday for 33 minutes.
$11

Adult breath on average 18-20 times per minute. Way too much.
Here, we learn together how to inhale 5-10 times per minute.

I've seen somebody take a 2 min slow inhale who felt relaxed and energized after.
By learning how to expand our belly and chest more, we improve our breathing patterns - a training that improves our entire life.
Better breathing helps the blood flow, brain and happiness.
