This session explores the oral and cervical belts of tension - the spaces of voice, expression, your deeper truth, and communication.
Here, the jaw, throat, and neck become gateways into the stories we swallow, the words we hold back, and the truths that want to rise.

Through breathwork, vibration, vocal toning, and somatic bodywork around the jaw and throat, we invite opening into the places that have learned to stay quiet.

This session supports you to:
✨ Release tension in the jaw, throat, and neck
✨ Connect to your authentic voice
✨ Let go of the fear of “saying it wrong” or “being too much”
✨ Strengthen your inner boundaries through embodied expression
✨ Speak from the body rather than the mind
✨ Feel heard - by yourself and by others

What we’ll explore:
A deep, conscious breathwork journey (BBTRS®) focused on the oral & cervical belts, supported by movement, sound, and activation of the voice.
You will be invited into a deeper relationship with your truth: unfiltered, unperformed, and rooted in the body.

The session is conducted fully in English.
All genders are welcome.

Please note: Breathwork is powerful work and it might not be suitable for everyone.
Contraindications include: severe asthma, severe heart conditions or arrhythmia, vascular disease, pregnancy, severe mental illnesses (e.g. bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, psychosis), epilepsy, acute injuries, recent major surgery, or severe diabetes.
