🌙 Feminine Empowerment Circle | Meeting The Little Girl Within
Details
You are warmly invited to a new edition of Feminine Empowerment Circle, a guided evening for women to release, reset, and reconnect with themselves in a supportive and nurturing space.
Many of us learned very early how to be strong. How to be good. How to hold it together.
And slowly, without even noticing, the little girl inside us learned to step aside.
She learned to stay quiet.
To not be “too much.”
To not need too much.
To not feel too deeply.
Sometimes we try to forget her. Because meeting her can feel tender, weak or even painful.
And yet, she is often still behind the wheel of our thoughts, our reactions, our self-criticism and our need to prove ourselves.
Most of the time, she doesn’t need fixing. She simply needs to be seen.
To be heard. To be understood. To be given space.
This Feminine Empowerment Circle is a gentle and safe space to reconnect with the inner little girl through breath, reflection, sharing, movement and playful connection.
We will slowly invite her into conversation, offer her kindness, and remember how to relate to ourselves with softness instead of pressure.
This is a space for gentle self-connection and feminine support.
During this circle we will:
✨ approach from the body through embodiment practices
✨ meet our inner child through guided meditation and journaling
✨ practice kinder self-communication
✨ explore playfulness and connection through movement and dance
✨ integrate through embodiment and sound healing
This circle is for you if you:
– feel tired of being hard on yourself
– recognise perfectionism or self-criticism
– struggle to slow down or soften
– long to reconnect with joy, play and self-love
– crave real connection with other women
You are welcome exactly as you are.
✨ Come as the woman you are today

Your facilitators:
🌿 Jenni is a facilitator whose work is rooted in empowerment, inclusivity, and accessibility. She has travelled extensively, deepening her practice through studies in yoga, massage, and sound healing in India, where she connected with embodied and restorative traditions from the inside out.
For several years, Jenni offered sound healing sessions with her band in Rotterdam, creating immersive experiences that supported deep rest, presence, and connection. Now based in Eindhoven, she continues to share these practices in a way that feels safe, welcoming, and supportive for all.
Alongside her facilitation work, Jenni is also soon-to-be physiotherapist, bringing a growing understanding of the body, movement, and healing from both an intuitive and anatomical perspective. This blend of embodied wisdom and physical knowledge informs her gentle, grounded approach.
Her sessions are an invitation to slow down, release tension, and reconnect with inner balance, both individually and together, guided by the belief that rest and self-connection are essential for wellbeing.
🌿 Anita is the founder of The Changing Room and has spent the past years deepening her own journey into embodiment, breath, movement, and feminine expression. Rooted in BBTRS - a trauma release breathwork, somatic movement, and dance, her work has evolved into guiding women out of their heads and back into their bodies, where intuition, softness, and inner power live.
Through her own process of unlearning, letting go, and remembering, she reconnects with what she lovingly calls our witchy nature: the part of us that senses, feels, moves, and trusts inner knowing. In her sessions and circles, she creates spaces where women can safely explore this embodied wisdom, release old patterns, and return to themselves in a grounded, supportive way.
Her intention is simple: to guide women back to their bodies, their intuition, and the quiet power that has always been there.
