Join us as we mark the first birthday of Breathing Room Collective with a special community yoga event. We’ll flow through 108 Sun Salutations, a powerful practice of intention, gratitude, and celebration.

Why 108? In yoga, the number 108 is considered sacred and represents the wholeness of existence, the connection between mind, body, and spirit, and the journey of transformation. Flowing through 108 Sun Salutations is a symbolic way to honor growth, release what no longer serves us, and welcome new beginnings.
