Breathing in the Park - Atmen im Park is back.
This offer from qualified Berlin breath therapists is happening from 21st July to 11th August on Sunday mornings from 11am - 12pm in three parks: Schöneberg, Zehlendorf & Pankow.
The last two dates are: 4.8. & 11.8 2024
The sessions incorporate various breath & movement exercises and education about breathing.
You can find me in Bürgerpark, Pankow.
