Welcome to Breathing Dojo 

I’ve been meaning to start this group for a long time — wondering if people beyond my close circle of private clients and friends would be just as drawn to exploring what it means to engineer a little more sanity and creativity in the world, and maybe all those years of reluctance had its place. One thing’s for sure though, things aren’t getting better out there, and since I don’t care about anything other than creativity and getting my shit together, I’m offering a training ground where a minority of individuals, creatives, and high performers stop wasting vital time rehearsing bullshit tension, distorted masculinity, and the helpless hopelessness of unfulfilling relationships.

This is for men who don’t buy into the idea that we’re broken or need fixing. 
It’s for those who’d rather investigate what’s already happening — right now — but going completely unnoticed: the unnecessary habitual reactions, recurring conflicts, and deeper compulsions beneath the surface that keep your agency truncated and your body armored against ease.
