Expect a mix of Buddhist mindfulness (like the Heart Sutra’s "emptiness is form"), Daoist energy work, and psychoenergetic methods inspired by Somato Respiratory Integration (SRI)—relearning your natural breath to realign mind, body, and energy. It might feel trippy or intense—emotional spikes or "aha" moments are part of it—but there’s no goal, just flow.
