We are a small group of individuals having benefited with the practice of meditation came together to share the goodness of meditation to the larger community. 

Why Meditation?

Modern lifestyle has become very stressful.  From Dawn to Dusk we are rushing around non-stop, juggling our many responsibilities at work, at home, for the society so on and so forth. We spend all our energies in fulfilling these responsibilities each day leaving very little time for ourselves to replenish and recharge. Hence, we feel mentally tired and exhausted; resulting in lack of physical health, peace and happiness.

Meditation acts as a circuit breaker for this non-stop lifestyle, giving both the mind and the body a chance to relax and recharge. Meditation is a powerful natural antidote to stress.
