Most of the time we all put our minds and energies into all kinds of emotions, unwarranted and needless thoughts and get ourselves tangled in many unrelated activities.

The space and energy that is taken up by our mental pre-occupation hinders all our day-to-day activities. If only we could get few minutes to sit down and peek into ourselves, if only we could breathe a little more easily, if only we could step aside and watch the inner drama that is unfolding within, I believe we all can see the blocks in us melting away. When the inner chaos becomes too over-whelming for one’s sensibilities, it breaks one’s defenses. So, the best way possible is to put aside everything for few minutes and become aware of how this self - observation helps.

Let’s join to benefit from this self-observation meditation technique…

The 30 mins session is divided into three parts :
Part 1 - 5 minute to settle down and get ready to go within
Part 2 - 20 minutes of Guided meditation practice (non-religious).
Part 3 - 5 mins of Sharing , Q&A and Closure.

Who can attend ?
Anyone, from beginners to experienced meditators looking to deepen their practice are welcome to attend.

Our Meditation sessions are universal in nature and does not involve any chanting, rituals etc.
