Welcome to The Healing Circle (THC), a community for anyone ready to pause, breathe, and find balance.

We offer both virtual sessions (accessible anywhere) and in-person gatherings in Austin, Texas. Each week, we come together to practice guided breathwork designed to release stress, restore inner calm, and create meaningful connections.

No experience is required; whether you’re brand new or already practice, you’ll be supported in a safe, welcoming environment. Together, we’ll explore how conscious breathing:
• Calms the nervous system
• Releases built-up tension and stress
• Boosts energy, focus, and vitality
• Deepens connection to self and community
