Join me for a guided breathwork journey designed to restore balance, ease stress, and reconnect you with your body and mind. These virtual sessions typically run 30–50 minutes, followed by space for conversation, reflection, and community connection.

What to Expect:
We’ll explore conscious breathing practices that help calm the nervous system, release tension, and create inner stillness. Whether you’re new to breathwork or experienced, each session is crafted to meet you where you are and support you in deepening your practice.
How to Prepare:

  • Empty Stomach: Breathwork is best done on an empty stomach. Please avoid eating anything heavy at least 2 hours before the session.
  • Comfortable Space: Settle into a space where you feel safe and relaxed. You can sit upright or lie down — choose what feels best for your body.
  • Optional Blindfold/Eye Covering: Limiting visual distractions can help you go deeper into the practice.
  • Supportive Setup: Have a yoga mat, blanket, or pillow nearby for comfort. Headphones are encouraged for clearer sound and a more immersive experience.

This session is offering-based; you’re invited to give what feels aligned with the value you receive. Your support helps sustain this healing space and allows it to remain accessible to more people.

This is a safe and supportive environment to breathe, release, and reconnect. Come as you are; all levels of experience are welcome.
