The Breathwork of Variables and Constants

Details

To understand the impact of something, a scientist will design an experiment. As a minimum, this experiment will have two important features: a variable and a constant. The variable is the 'THING' that is being tested while the constant offers the boundaries through which this variable is framed and (hopefully!) understood.

In many forms of Breathwork, a similar technique is used. And, profound can the insight be!

Tonight, we will be engaging our own inner scientist to explore the healing variables that open for us when breath is used as a "constant". What do we find out? What do we learn about ourselves and what unravels when breathing is engaged in this lovingly precise way?
