## Breathwork & Nervous System Regulation Workshop
This Sunday we will focus on one of the most important systems in your body —your nervous system.
Most of us live in constant low-grade stress. Even when life looks “fine”, our body stays in survival mode. Tight chest. Racing thoughts. Shallow breath. Fatigue. Emotional overwhelm.
In this workshop, you will learn how to consciously regulate your nervous system using breath.
### What we will do:
• Learn how the nervous system works (simple, practical explanation)
• Identify signs of stress, freeze or overdrive in your body
• Practice guided breathwork techniques to shift into safety and calm
• Experience a longer integrative breathwork session
• Grounding and integration at the end
This is not just breathing.
It is learning how to come back to yourself.
